1. How long will it take to receive my keepsake?

Every keepsake is made to order just for your family. Once you approve your design, we print your item within 5 business days, then ship it by ground delivery, which takes 5–10 business days. 2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and with grandparent gifts and sibling sets, it's easy to get there. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated by selected carrier at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

3. How does my child's artwork get from the classroom to a keepsake?

Your child's teacher uploads their artwork to a private portfolio and sends you a secure link. From there, you choose a product, adjust the artwork, and see a live preview of your keepsake. After you order, we'll email you a final review of your design. Production begins only after you approve it, either by replying to that email or by calling us at 732-659-9868 . If you'd like a change, just let us know before you approve.
